Why does Google badge display the “No rating available“ error?
Our Google Customer Reviews extension complies with
Google requirements regarding store rating. For this reason, in order to obtain average rating for your business and display it in the frontend, you need to have around 100 reviews of your business from one country over the last year. After having fulfilled this requirement, the error should disappear.
If there is enough reviews in your Google Merchant Account and you qualify for a rating, but the error doesn't go away nonetheless, please,
contact our Support team so that we could investigate the case closer.
