Why can't I get a refund immediately?

We can't issue immediate refunds due to the way Shopify's billing cycle works. Here's how it functions:

When you subscribe, such as on March 1st, and your billing cycle starts on March 15th, we receive the payment on April 15th. If you request a refund during this billing period, we can’t provide it immediately. We need to wait until we receive the payment on April 15th to process your refund.
