Can I get a refund for the LitePix application?
At LitePix, we strive to deliver the best experience for our users. If you're not satisfied with our service, we offer refunds in the form of credits. These credits are applied to your account and can offset future charges for the app. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded to any payment method.
Refunds are limited to the amount spent on our app within the last 30 days. Refunds are issued only once per each Shopify Store Owner.
Refunds are not available if:
- You change your mind after the purchase.
- The service was misused, causing the issue.
- The issue with our service is beyond our control.
