Why haven’t I received an alert email after saving an alert?

After saving an alert, a confirmation email is sent to the specified email address. To start receiving notifications, follow these steps:
  1. Check your inbox for the confirmation email and verify your address.
    1. If you don’t see the email, check your Spam or Junk folder.
  2. Once the email is verified, its status in the Alerts grid will change from "No" to "Yes."
  3. Notifications will be sent to this email address based on the triggers you’ve selected
If the email address is already verified, no further action is required.
