I use the PicManager app and my product images have duplicated after uploading. What should I do?

If you notice that the images have duplicated in the match grid, don't finalize the upload job, as it can't be reverted. Instead, go to Apps > PicManager > Settings and check the box to prevent duplicates:




After saving the settings, start a new upload; there shouldn't be any duplicate images after matching. Only one image will be uploaded to Shopify and linked to products without creating duplicates.

Keep in mind that there is a limitation with this option: if you enable the "Avoid duplicates" checkbox, alt tags for the images won't be generated. If you need alt tags, you can leave the checkbox unchecked and manually remove the duplicate images from the product.
