If you want to upload multiple images at once, you can easily do it in the PicManager app using a CSV file. Just follow these steps:
1. Go to Apps > PicManager > Upload Images in your Shopify admin.
2. Click the option to download the CSV sample file. This file includes the correct column headers and structure required for your upload:
3. Open the downloaded file and complete the required fields for each product:
- Product Identifier: Enter either the SKU or Title of the product (you can use either the parent product or a variant).
- Image Source: Provide one of the following:
- A direct image URL (if the image is hosted externally) — make sure the link points directly to the image file itself, not to a folder, and not to cloud storage like Google Drive or Dropbox.
A correct direct URL normally ends with the image extension (for example .jpg, .png, .webp) and opens the picture right in your browser when pasted.

- The filename of an image already uploaded to Shopify’s Files section:

4. If a product has more than one image, list all image URLs or filenames in the same cell, separated by commas:
Once your file is ready, save it and return to the PicManager Upload Images section to upload your completed CSV file:
Note: CSV image upload is only available when Matching Mode is set to Customizable Matching in Apps > PicManager > Settings.
