Is it possible to set up canonical links for category pages?

Since v. 2.9.0 of the SEO Toolkit Pro and the SEO Toolkit Premium packages, it is possible to set a custom canonical URL for category pages. Previously it was possible only for product and CMS pages. You can find the 'amasty/module-seo-toolkit-subscription-functionality' package for installing in composer suggest. The feature is available as part of an active subscription.  

After installing the package, you will find a new 'Canonical Link' field in Catalog > Categories > [your category}:
