Can I subscribe to my old module purchase that was made before February 1st, 2022?
If you have an old extension license purchased prior to February 1st, 2022, and want it to have the perks that our
Product Subscriptions offer, you can now convert this old purchase into a Product Subscription.
Keep in mind that old license will disappear from your account in Products and License Registration tabs. A new Product Subscription one will appear there instead, and all access and support conditions will be provided in accordance with Product Subscription policy. The details about your old one-time order will remain in Orders tab, though.
Such conversion is available for old one-time purchase products in
Products tab:

And in License Registration tab inside the project where the product is added:

If you don't see Subscribe action next to your one-time purchase product, it may be due to the following reasons:
- You've already converted this product into a Product Subscription;
- The product that is about to be converted is already added to your cart, and order is waiting to be placed;
- (If you're using shared project functionality) module license is owned by another amasty.com account;
- The product you want to convert has been discontinued.
After clicking on Subscribe link/button, confirm your choice in a popup:
A product will appear in your cart. Switching to a Product Subscription involves creating yearly billing cycle at 60% of extension price:
Finish the switch by placing the order. After this, one-time purchase will be replaced by a Product Subscription:
