How do I transfer the modules to another amasty.com account?
At the moment there's no option to move extensions between accounts. However, our team could share license registration projects listed in one customer account to another, and then both accounts will be able to assign modules to it and copy the project's Instance Registration Key. The shared project will be located in the License Registration tab of both the accounts, but the invoice and order itself will be available only in the initial account.
Kindly note that the account that created the project will have access to all modules assigned to that project, even if it was done from other amasty.com accounts. At the same time, the account the project was shared with will only have access to their own modules that they choose to assign to that project. Each account that has access to the project will have their own different pair of composer keys to download the modules available to them in accordance with project access.
To proceed with this option, please contact us in the Resolution Center with the following details:
- the name of your license registration project that needs to be shared;
- the email address of the amasty.com account the project needs to be shared with, or Order ID(s) of the module(s) that you're aiming to add to the project.
Once our Support managers confirm that your project has been shared with the necessary module owner, you will need to contact that owner asking them to assign the necessary order(s) to your project in their amasty.com account. After the module owner confirms order assignment, you'll see the newly assigned order in your license registration project:
