Why some of the module settings are locked?
Most of Amasty extensions have additional features available only as a part of an active support or product subscription. If there is no active subscription, such features will be displayed 'locked' and would remain disabled in module configuration tabs:
If you're interested in unlocking subscription-only features, kindly consider enabling Product Subscription for the required extension.
In case the module was purchased before February 1, 2022, by one-time payment model, you may subscribe to any Support Subscription plan which will grant access to additional module features for all your extensions purchased before February 1, 2022.
Once you have the subscription activated, kindly make sure to install an additional package which provides the feature. The name of the package could be found in composer suggest section or directly under the setting required:
