Why some of the module settings are locked?
Most of Amasty extensions have additional features available only as a part of an active support or product subscription. If there is no active subscription, such features will be displayed 'locked' and would remain disabled in module configuration tabs:
If you're interested in unlocking subscription-only features:
- For the extensions purchased after February 1, 2022, kindly consider enabling Product Subscription for the required extension.
- In case the module was purchased before February 1, 2022, by one-time payment model, you may subscribe to any Support Subscription plan which will grant access to additional module features.
Once you have the subscription activated, kindly make sure that you have assigned it to the necessary License Registration project. Support Subscriptions need to be assigned to License Registration projects with corresponding modules, otherwise access to their subscription-only features will remain locked.
Then, install an additional package which provides the feature. The name of the package could be found in composer suggest section or directly under the setting required:
