Why some of my module purchases aren't visible in the "Assign the licenses" popup?

If you don't see some of your extension orders in a popup where licenses can be assigned to a project, there's a chance that they were shared to your account from another amasty.com account. If you're not sure about that and would like to check if it's true, please, contact our Support team, attaching the following information:
  1. Email address of your amasty.com account;
  2. (If known) Order ID(s) and module name(s) possibly involved in sharing;
  3. (If known) Email address of the original amasty.com account that possibly purchased the shared module(s).
For such shared orders, license registration needs to be performed in the original owner's amasty.com account using the following instruction: I see messages in my account and admin area that license registration is required, what should I do? Once order owner creates a project and assigns shared module order(s) there, the Instance Registration Key for this order will also appear in the account the module was shared with. You'll be able to find it in Products tab next to the name of the related module:



Once you enter that Instance Registration Key in your Magento backend at Amasty > Products, license registration will be finished for shared order.
