If you don't see some of your extension orders in a popup where licenses can be assigned to a project, there may be several reasons behind that. To find the exact one, navigate to Products tab of your amasty.com account, find the necessary license by its Order ID or Subscription ID and check if it has any notes next to it:
Reason 1. The license may already be assigned to another License Registration project. If it is, you will see the name of that project in
License Status column:

A module license can be assigned to only one project at a time. Therefore, if you need to add it to another project, please un-assign it from the previous project beforehand in License Registration tab;
Reason 2. You may be using old order sharing. In such case, a
"Shared by" note will be visible under the license in question:

Reason 3. The license in question might have been upgraded. It could have been either tariff plan upgrade (for example, from Pro to Premium), or edition upgrade (for example, from Community to Enterprise). More details about these processes can be found in corresponding articles:
If such upgrades took place, you will see an
"Upgraded to" note under that license:

If module tariff or edition has been upgraded, the old tariff/edition can't be assigned to projects anymore. Please use the new upgraded tariff/edition for project assignment;
Reason 4. In case module license was purchased before February 1st, 2022, check if it has
Subscribe link next to it:

In case conversion into a Product Subscription has taken place already, the old OTP order can't be assigned to projects anymore. Please use the new converted Product Subscription in your project.

If none of these apply to your case, you can
submit an inquiry for our Support team, and we will gladly check this matter.
