Why some of my module purchases aren't visible in the "Assign the licenses" popup?
If you don't see some of your extension orders in a popup where licenses can be assigned to a project, there's a chance that they were previously shared to your account from another amasty.com account. If you're not sure about that and would like to check if it's true, please,
contact our Support team, attaching the following information:
- Email address of your amasty.com account;
- (If known) Order ID(s) and module name(s) possibly involved in sharing;
- (If known) Email address of the original amasty.com account that possibly purchased the shared module(s).
To register such shared order, please, follow the steps below:
- If you don't have one yet, create a License Registration project in your amasty.com account according to our instruction:
- Reach out to our Support team with the known information about the owner of the shared order and the name of your project from Step 1;
- Wait for confirmation from our specialists that your project has been shared with the module owner. You'll also see the following icon next to your project name:
- Contact the module owner, asking them to assign necessary module(s) to your project;
- After receiving confirmation from the owner you will see shared order in your project, and therefore will be able to register it within the same project and registration key together with your own purchases:
In case you cannot get in touch with the original buyer's email, or access to it was lost,
contact our specialists for further assistance.
