Why some of my module purchases aren't visible in the "Assign the licenses" popup?

If you don't see some of your extension orders in a popup where licenses can be assigned to a project, there's a chance that they were previously shared to your account from another amasty.com account. If you're not sure about that and would like to check if it's true, contact our Support team, attaching the following information:
  1. Email address of your amasty.com account;
  2. (If known) Order ID(s) and module name(s) possibly involved in sharing;
  3. (If known) Email address of the original amasty.com account that possibly purchased the shared module(s).
Notes
Due to optimizing module download and registration processes, we have deprecated the old order sharing feature, and it is planned to be fully shut down in the future. If alternative configuration isn't arranged in advance, this will result in losing access to downloading shared extensions.
In order to retain access to shared orders and correctly register them, follow the steps below:
  1. If you don't have one yet, create a License Registration project in your amasty.com account according to our instruction:
  2. Share your project with the necessary email according to our guide - How do I transfer the modules to another amasty.com account? Once sharing is complete, you'll see the following icon next to your project name:
  3. Contact the module owner, asking them to assign necessary module(s) to your project;
  4. After receiving confirmation from the owner you will see a shared order in your project, and therefore will be able to register it within the same project and registration key together with your own purchases:
