Why GeoIP Redirect module does not work when using Amasty Service?

In order for the module to redirect customers correctly, the IP database should be first imported in Stores → Configuration → Amasty Extensions → GeoIP Data. In case Amasty Service is used for IP Database Update Settings in Stores → Configuration → Amasty Extensions → GeoIP Data, kindly make sure to check the following details:

1. Please, make sure that the GeoIP Data module is updated to the latest version - 1.7.0, since it is required for the correct usage and functionality of the Amasty Service. For more details on how to update the module, kindly refer to the following article: How to update an Amasty extension?



2. Kindly check if the licence registration key is added into the Licence Registration list in Amasty > Products tab. Please, refer to the following article in order to register the module: I see messages in my account and admin area that license registration is required, what should I do?

3. Ensure you have an active product subscription to continue using the content generation service.
