Troubleshooting Missing Products in Product Parts Finder

Product Parts Finder doesn't display products, what should I check?

1. If you're trying to search for a product within a category page (without being redirected to the default search results), make sure the product is assigned to the category you're searching in.

2. Ensure that the product's Visibility is not set to "Not Visible Individually". Required Visibility is Catalog, Search. 



3. If you're using a Custom Destination URL for the product, make sure the URL points to a valid and existing page. The URL should not start with a slash (/).  ❌ /bags → ✅ bags

4. Make sure the SKU attribute is searchable. Please navigate to Product > Product Attributes > choose the SKU attribute > Storefront Properties tab and make sure that the ‘Used in Search’ option is set to ‘Yes’.


5. Check that your store is properly connected to Elasticsearch.
