One Step Checkout does not appear on Hyva theme. What should I do?
To ensure the compatibility of One Step Checkout extension with Hyva, please follow the below steps:
Step 1. Install the Hyva compatibility packages, that can be accessed via composer:
composer require amasty/module-checkout-gift-wrap-hyva-compatibilitycomposer require amasty/module-checkout-delivery-date-hyva-compatibilitycomposer require amasty/module-checkout-thank-you-page-hyva-compatibility
It is important to note that the Hyva compatibility packages are only provided for active subscription users.
Step 2. Verify that Luma Fallback Checkout is installed and enabled.
At the moment, our One Step Checkout module's functionality on Hyva relies on Luma Fallback Checkout. For proper installation of the Hyva theme and Luma Fallback Checkout, refer to the official Hyvä documentation.
Please keep in mind that our One Step Checkout's logic is primarily designed based on the Magento Luma theme. While it can work with Hyva, it will retain the Luma header and footer as it is tailored for the traditional Magento Luma frontend.
