Why don't I have access to the module version compatible with Hyva theme?
Extension packages that introduce Hyva compatibility are available only by subscription model. Clients who purchased the module by product subscription or by one-time payment model before February 1, 2022, and subsequently activated the support subscription, are eligible for Hyva compatible module versions.
The version that is specified on the extension's product page is relevant for Hyva compatible module, while in the customer account you see the actual version that is available depending on your current subscription status.
In order to get a Hyva compatible version, you may choose either way:
⇾ Subscribe to any support plan. Apart from basic bonuses the support subscription offers, you can get access to Hyva compatibility packages for your extensions purchased before February 1, 2022. To receive access to the package, kindly make sure to add your Support Subscription to the same License Registration project the module is assigned to.
⇾ Enable Product Subscription for the required extension. Product Subscription will provide access to Hyva compatible versions only for one specific extension.
In order to correctly receive access to Hyva compatibility modules, please ensure that:
1. You're using project-level composer keys: Where can I find Composer access keys? Old account-level composer keys from Products tab have been deprecated and disabled, so they don't grant access to module download anymore. Old keys can be migrated to project level for easy management: How to switch to project-level composer keys from old account-level keys?
2. Module licenses that you'd like to download should be assigned to a License Registration project;
3. If you acquired a Support Subscription after December 3rd, 2026, this subscription needs to be assigned to a License Registration project.
