How to export refund requests to a CSV file?
At the moment, the Lite tariff plan of the extension provides the functionality to export the archived requests only.
Step 1. Navigate to the Archived Requests grid (Orders → RMA Management → Archived Requests) and tick the needed orders.
Step 2. Click the Export dropdown, choose the required file format and press the Export button.
The extra export functionality is available in the Pro and Premium tariffs of the extension to make the export process more convenient. It is located in System → Amasty Export → Export and provides a possibility to export the data from all the RMA grids in 6 file formats (CSV, XML, JSON, Template, XLSX, ODS), and upload exported files directly to one of the following storage options:
