How to Display FAQs on Category Pages

      FAQ questions can be added to category pages by creating a new widget and adding it to a category block by following the next steps:

  1. Go to Content → Widgets and click Add Widget. Choose the Type as either Amasty FAQ Questions List or Amasty FAQ Categories List, depending on whether you want to show specific questions or questions from a specific category of FAQs:


  2. Open the Storefront Properties tab. Here, you can select the block (e.g., sidebar, content area) where you want the widget to be displayed and specify which category pages it should apply to:



  3. Switch to the Widget Options tab. Complete the configuration by selecting the questions or categories you’d like to feature on your category pages:
  4. Click Save to create the widget, then go to System → Cache Management and flush the Magento cache to make your changes live.
      Once these steps are completed, the new widget will appear on the selected category pages, exactly where you placed it, displaying the questions you chose:
