Combining Reward Points and Affiliate Extensions for Customer Rewards

Will I be able to reward end customers with points, or can your Reward Points and Affiliate extensions be combined to achieve this?

Out of the box, the Affiliate extension doesn’t have an option to provide customers with points. Reward Points and Affiliate are separate extensions that work individually and are not integrated with each other.

As an option, the admin can add reward points to the customers’ accounts manually using our Reward Points extension:



However, this functionality won’t be automated, and points won’t be added to the account once the end customer places an order via the affiliate program. The Reward Points module itself has the following actions for automated rewards:
