Why isn't the Omnibus Price Tracker widget appearing on product pages?

If the Omnibus Price Tracker widget isn't appearing, follow these steps:

1. Ensure sync completion - confirm that product syncing is complete to allow the app to collect product data and display the lowest price:


2. Verify theme settings - check that the widget block is added to product pages:

  1. Go to Online Store > Themes > select your theme > click Customize.
  2. Add the block to the product pages.


3. Check your theme limitations - If your theme doesn’t support adding the block, try the workaround specified in our support materials.
4. Adjust widget settings - navigate to Apps > Omnibus Price Tracker > Settings > Price Display Preferences and ensure the widget isn’t enabled for discounted products only:


5. Review Block Rendering Strategy - Go to Apps > Omnibus Price Tracker > Settings > Block-rendering strategy and ensure the strategy isn't set to Metafields, as this can slow down rendering due to cron run timing:
