Why does the test email notification display variables instead of actual data?
The test email notification is designed to help you visualize the structure of the alert. That’s why it displays variables (placeholders) instead of actual data.
When live notifications are triggered, they will show real data based on the selected conditions and triggers. Test emails are simply for preview purposes to ensure the format and content of the alert are correct.
