Why does the ‘Highlight Promotion’ feature fail to work?

         The 'Highlight Promotion' feature is useful at stimulating purchases thanks to advertising messages. Customers will see information about the number of reward points they can receive upon making a purchase, registering an account, etc. In Stores > Configuration > Amasty Extensions > Reward Points > Display Options > Highlight Point on Storefront, you can enable this feature, choose the right text color, and decide where to display the messages:

     Once enabled, the 'Highlight Promotion' feature depends on two factors: specific actions of the reward point rule and the status of the customer (guest or logged-in).
     When it comes to the logged-in customers, the feature works if there is an active reward point rule with one of these actions: 'For every $X spent' or (and) 'Order Completed':

      As for guests, the feature works only if there is an active rule with the 'Get X Points for Registration’ action:

      If those requirements are met, however, the feature fails to work regardless, please feel free to contact us.
