Why do products have "Not Found" status in the admin area?

Why do products have "Not Found" status in the admin area?

There can be several reasons why module licenses aren't found when Instance Registration Key has already been saved in the registration form:
  1. Module license isn't linked to the License Registration project.
    Check if the license is assigned to the project that is associated with the used Instance Registration Key:
    1. Module order should be present in the same amasty.com account where you've created the project;
    2. The associated order should have Complete status, i.e. it shouldn't be refunded or closed;
    3. The license shouldn't be linked to any other project. If it's already assigned to a project, such module won't be visible in the license assignment popup anymore;
    4. If the points above have been checked, ensure that the module is added to your project according to our instruction;

  2. Module edition doesn't match the edition of the Magento instance.
    Successful license registration will take place provided that the extension edition that was purchased corresponds your Magento installation. Magento Community instances should have Community module editions associated with them, Magento Enterprise should have Enterprise module editions registered in the project, and Magento Cloud instances require registering Cloud module editions. Here's how to check that:
    1. In your amasty.com account, navigate to Orders tab and find the order for the module in question. Its edition will be mentioned in order details:
    2. In the admin area of your Magento instance, scroll down to the end of the page and check the edition mentioned in the bottom right corner:
      Magento stands for Community (CE) edition:

      Adobe Commerce stands for Enterprise (EE) edition:

      The located edition of the instance should match the edition of the module to avoid registration errors.

  3. Module version installed in the instance is newer than the one supplied by the linked license.
    According to Clause 8.1 of our Terms and Conditions, access to latest module versions for those products that were purchased after February 1st, 2022 is provided on the basis of an active Product Subscription. If Product Subscription added to the project has Expired status, downloading newer module versions gets suspended after subscription expiration, and only matching or older module versions can be registered in terms of that license.
    Follow these steps to check is there's a version mismatch:
    1. In your amasty.com account, navigate to Products tab and locate the module license assigned to the used project. In Version column next to module name, find the latest version available in terms of this license:
    2. In your Magento instance, navigate to Amasty > Products and find the necessary module name. There will also be a Version column next to it - this version should be equal to or older than the version found in the previous step:
