Why are my images not matching when using Full Match mode in PicManager?
If your images are not matching products in Full Match mode with PicManager, please check the following:
1. Exact Match with Product Title or SKU
For Full Match, the image filename must fully correspond to the product title or SKU. Even small differences (extra words, missing parts) will prevent matching.
2. Case Sensitivity
Full Match is case-sensitive. Make sure the capitalization in the image name exactly matches the SKU or title.
3. Correct Use of Separators for Image Order
When uploading multiple images in a specific order, use only one separator between the product name and the number. Supported separators are _, -, or #. Avoid using double separators like __, --, or ##, as this can prevent matching.
Examples:
✅ Redmi Note 14 Pro Plus_1.jpg, Redmi Note 14 Pro Plus-2.jpg, Redmi Note 14 Pro Plus#3.jpg
❌ Redmi Note 14 Pro Plus__1.jpg, Redmi Note 14 Pro Plus--2.jpg
4. Correct Language / Symbols
Make sure the filename uses the same language or characters as the SKU/title in your store.
