Why are abandoned cart emails not being sent even though I configured the extension?
Abandoned cart emails are being sent by Cron. If emails are not being sent to you, please check whether Cron is configured and running. For more information on Cron for Magento 2, please refer to the official Magento 2 documentation: Configure and run cron.
If Cron is running but emails are still not being sent, please don’t hesitate to contact our support team.
