Why am I not receiving low stock alerts when an item's quantity is 0?
To receive notifications when an item becomes completely out of stock (when the stock level reaches 0), use the "Out of Stock" event type to trigger these notifications. The "Low Stock" event type is intended for situations where the stock level is 1 or higher.
