What to do if I try to save Instance Registration Key in my admin area, but "Invalid key" error appears?
If you have just created a License Registration project in your amasty.com account and instantly proceeded to save its Instance Registration Key in your Magento backend at Amasty > Products, there's a chance that the information about the created project hasn't been synced with our servers yet, and Base extension is unable to recognize the key you're trying to enter, thus treating it as invalid.
The solution would be to wait around 5-10 minutes, which is enough for our system to obtain the data about the newly created project. After the time passes, you may re-try validating the key by clicking on
Save and Verify button in your admin area. If any issues persist afterwards,
contact our Support department to investigate that.
