What should I do if I can’t find the order in my amasty.com accounts?

Please make sure that the order hasn’t been purchased by a former or current agency/developer. In this case, the extension sharing will be required.

If you’re certain that the order was placed under one of your amasty.com accounts, please create a ticket or contact us via a live chat. Specify the name of the extension and its order ID if you have it. Alternatively, you can provide all the possible email addresses that in your opinion could be associated with the extension. We will try to find the order in our system.
