If AutoPost stops publishing your posts, review the following checklist to identify the possible cause.
1. Check your account connection and publishing destination
Go to Apps > AutoPost > Accounts and make sure your social media account is still connected. If the account was disconnected or its authorization expired, reconnect it and authorize AutoPost again.
For Facebook, make sure the connected account has Full Control over the selected Page. If the Page is missing, refresh the page list or reconnect the account.
For Pinterest, make sure the selected board still exists and is public.
Note: AutoPost requires a Facebook Business account, an Instagram Professional account, or a Pinterest Business account.
2. Check that your automation is enabled
Go to Apps > AutoPost > Automations and make sure the automation is enabled. If the automation is inactive, AutoPost will not create or publish new posts.
3. Review your automation completion behavior
Open your Automation and check the Action after publishing all product posts setting:

If it's set to Post once, then skip, the automation stops after every eligible product has been published once. It will resume only when new products matching the automation conditions become available.
If you want AutoPost to continue publishing on a regular schedule, select Keep posting on schedule instead.
4. Check the automation queue and product conditions
Open the automation and go to Publications > Queue. Make sure there are still products available for publishing.
If the automation uses selected products, collections, or conditions, confirm that the products still exist and meet the configured requirements. If the queue is empty, AutoPost has nothing to publish.
5. Check your publishing strategy
For scheduled automations, verify the publishing days, posting time, and number of posts per day:

Keep in mind that automation schedules use the UTC+0 timezone, so the publishing time may differ from your local time.
If the automation publishes posts by a trigger, make sure the selected event actually occurred and its requirements are met:
6. Check your publishing limits
Check that you have not exceeded the publishing allowance included in your plan:
Free plan: Up to 5 posts per month (maximum 2 posts per day)
Basic plan: Up to 150 posts per month (maximum 5 posts per day)
Advanced plan: Up to 300 posts per month (maximum 10 posts per day)
7. Review the Posting Calendar
Go to Apps > AutoPost > Posting Calendar and check the status of your posts.
If a post has the Failed status, open it to review the available error details. The message may explain why the post could not be published.
