The extension's functionality is based on Magento native product alerts. Therefore, please make sure that your configuration of static and media URLs at Magento Admin Panel → Stores → Configuration → General → Web → Base URL is correct, otherwise, Magento determines pub/ directory on request.
There, please paste {{unsecure_base_url}} in Base URL for Static View Files and Base URL for User Media Files and {{secure_base_url}} in Secure Base URL for Static View Files and Secure Base URL for User Media Files.
