Should an affiliate send coupon codes/links to customers each time to receive the commission?
Once the end customer places the first order with the affiliate coupon or link, the cookie is saved in the customer’s browser. Thus, the commission will be sent to the affiliate for all the subsequent orders placed by the customer during the cookie lifetime period or until the customer clears the cookies.
To set the cookie expiration period, navigate to Magento Admin Panel → Stores → Configuration → Amasty Extensions → Affiliate → General Settings tab and specify the number of days in the Cookie Expiration field.
