Points are not accrued after the order is placed. How do I fix it?
By default, reward points are added to a customer account as soon as the order obtains the Complete status:
Nevertheless, from version 2.3.0 of the Reward Points Subscription Package Pro extension, there's an option to specify the exact status an order should obtain to make the points added. The functionality is available within an active subscription for the Reward Points Pro module only. To gain access to it, the following submodule should be installed:
amasty/module-rewards-pro-functionality
Once done, the Award Reward Points on Order Status option should become active in Stores > Configuration > Amasty Extensions > Reward Points Pro > Reward Points. Here you may select the exact order statuses, for which points need to be awarded:
If points are not added after the order is in one of the specified statuses, please feel free to contact us.
