My images are not matching, what should I check?

There are several reasons why the images are not matching successfully on your side. As the first step, you can verify the points below:

  1. Check the match type selected for the uploading process and make sure your image names correspond to the SKUs, product titles or the titles of the product variants




  1. Check the match type: if the full match is selected, the image title should fully correspond to the SKU or the product title on your store




  1. Check if your image names contain any underscores, dashes or hashes that are not intended as separators - if this is the case, try changing the separator type here




  1. Finally, during the match, make sure you have finalized the upload by clicking the Finish Upload button.
