My images are not matching when uploaded with PicManager, what should I check?
The images uploaded successfully, but their status shows as 'Not Matched'.
Proceed to Apps > PicManager: Image Uploader and check the matching criterion selected for the uploading process. Make sure your image names correspond to the SKUs, product titles or the titles of the product variants:
Check the match type: if the full match is selected, the image title should fully correspond to the SKU or the product title on your store:


Full match is case-sensitive, so if your image titles or product titles include capital letters, we suggest using the Partial Match mode
3. Check if your image names contain any underscores, dashes or hashes that are not intended as separators - if this is the case, try changing the separator type here:
Finally, during the match, make sure you have finalized the upload by clicking the Finish Upload button:
If the issue persists, please, leave us a ticket with the screenshots of your settings, your global Job ID and the screenshot of the logs - we will be happy to investigate further. My upload is stuck at 100% and won't finish.
The application typically supports automatic uploads for batches of up to 1,000 images. However, if you're experiencing issues, we recommend trying smaller batches of 250 to 400 images at a time.
