My images are not matching, what should I check?

There are several reasons why the images are not matching successfully on your side. As the first step, you can verify the points below:

  1. Proceed to Apps > PicManager: Image Uploader and check the matching criterion selected for the uploading process. Make sure your image names correspond to the SKUs, product titles or the titles of the product variants:




  1. Check the match type: if the full match is selected, the image title should fully correspond to the SKU or the product title on your store:




3. Check if your image names contain any underscores, dashes or hashes that are not intended as separators - if this is the case, try changing the separator type here:




  1. Finally, during the match, make sure you have finalized the upload by clicking the Finish Upload button:
