How to transfer active subscriptions from Fastspring to Adyen?

Due to the technical issues with processing subscriptions on the side of FastSpring, we kindly ask you to transfer your payment details to our new payment provider, Adyen. Completing this step is necessary to maintain ongoing access to support, critical security and functional updates, including compatibilities with Hyvä and GraphQL.

In order to migrate your active subscriptions and update your payment details, please, follow the next steps:

1. Log into your Amasty account and kindly navigate to the “Subscriptions” tab. 
2. Click on the “Update Payment Method” button:



3. Kindly select the subscriptions you'd like to migrate to Adyen and click on the “Update Subscriptions” button:



4. Enter your card details in the pop-up window and click on the “Confirm Credit Card” button:



5. Once done, you will receive a success message indicating that your recurring payments for the selected subscriptions have been successfully migrated to Adyen:




After migration, your subscriptions will be assigned a new Subscription ID on Adyen. You can check the old Subscription ID on the subscription view page.
