Restricting User Access to Specific Customer Attributes

Is it possible to only allow a user view and edit specific customer attributes in the customer profile?

By default, the Advanced Permissions for Magento 2 extension doesn't offer restrictions that can limit what customer attributes a user can view & edit in the customer profile in the Admin Panel. In case you require such an option, consider our Sales Reps & Dealers extension that allows for assigning customers to a personal dealer.
