I purchased the extension from Magento Marketplace but I received the package with an older version. Where can I find the latest version of the extension?
Due to a thorough and long-lasting process of the extensions quality review from Magento’s side, we do not always update our modules on Magento Marketplace. However, you can still keep your extensions on their latest versions by downloading them from your account on amasty.com.
Once you purchase an extension on Magento Marketplace, your order is automatically imported to our system. To access this order, log in to the account on amasty.com using the same credentials that you use for Magento Marketplace or reset your password.
If these credentials appear to be invalid on our website and password reset doesn’t help, please contact our team attaching the invoice for the Marketplace order and specify the email address of your account on Magento Marketplace. We will try to find the order in our system or add a new one to your amasty.com account.
