How to create a custom feed in the FeedFusion: Product Feed Sync app?

If you want full control over your feed with the help of the FeedFusion: Product Feed Sync app, use the Custom Template to create it. This option lets you generate a feed for any ERP or marketplace, but you’ll need to know the platform’s specific data structure.

Steps to create a product feed:

  1. Open FeedFusion and go to the Feeds page.

  2. Click the Add Feed button.

  3. Select the Custom Template.

  4. Customize and manage your feed:

  • General Tab: Fill in the required information. You can also generate the feed here and either copy its link or download it.

  • Template Tab: Add and customize your XML feed content by selecting tags and their value. You can preview the feed by clicking Preview button.

  • Upload Tab: Add SFTP/FTP credentials for automatic feed uploads if it’s available on your platform.

  • Google Analytics Tab: Add Google Analytics tracking if needed.

  1. Save the feed.


If you configured automatic uploads via SFTP/FTP, your feed will upload on schedule. For manual uploads, go to the General Tab, generate the feed, and either copy its link or download it to your computer.
