How can I remove images accidentally uploaded using the PicManager app?
- PicManager allows you to remove images that were uploaded through a completed upload job by using the Revert option.
Steps to Revert an Upload Job

In your Shopify admin, go to Apps > PicManager > History.

Find and select the upload job you want to revert.

Click the Revert button.

- Confirm the action.
Once the revert is confirmed, the images uploaded as part of that job will be removed from your store.
Important Notes
Revert Availability Depends on Your Plan
The availability period for the Revert option depends on your current app plan:

Free plan: Upload jobs can be reverted within 7 days.

Standard plan: Upload jobs can be reverted and restored within 30 days.
Revert Error for Images Used in Many Products
If you receive an error when trying to revert an upload, it may be because the image is assigned to more than 100 products.
In this case, we recommend removing the image manually from Content > Files in your Shopify admin.
