How can customers receive Price and Back in Stock Alerts notifications?
Since v.1.18.0 we added the ability to notify customers via email about their subscriptions to Price Alerts and Back in Stock Alerts. Please, ensure to enable the Notify Customer of Price Alert Subscription and Notify Customer of Back in Stock Alert Subscription settings in the module general configuration (Stores → Configuration → Amasty Extensions → Out of Stock Notifications → Customer Notifications):
If set to Yes, customer will receive the email notifications of Price Alert Subscription and Back in Stock Alert Subscription:
Kindly note that this functionality is available as part of an active product subscription or support subscription.
