How are the lowest prices tracked for Shopify Markets and B2B prices?

Our Omnibus Price Tracker app uses the prices provided by Shopify. It does not create or calculate separate prices for Shopify Markets or B2B catalogs.

By default, the app calculates the lowest price using your store’s primary price list. If you enable Use Shopify Markets prices under Apps > Omnibus Price Tracker > Settings, the app will also synchronize prices from your active Shopify Markets and B2B catalogs.

The lowest price is tracked separately for each market or catalog. This means that a price change or discount in one market does not affect the lowest price recorded for another market or B2B catalog. The synchronization runs hourly, so changes may take up to 60 minutes to appear in the app.

Prices are recorded in the currency provided by Shopify for the corresponding market or catalog. If the recorded lowest price uses a different currency from the one selected on the storefront, the Multi-currency Display Mode setting determines whether the price is hidden, converted using public exchange rates, or shown in its original currency. This setting affects only how the lowest price is displayed and does not change the original price or its calculation:

You can review the prices recorded for each market and B2B catalog under Apps > Omnibus Price Tracker > Products > Edit > Shopify Markets:

If the displayed prices do not match your Shopify Markets or B2B configuration, please wait up to 60 minutes for synchronization. If the issue remains, contact our support team for further review.
