The second step in the Google Feed Wizard tool doesn't help to exclude categories from the feed. How can I do it?
On the second and third steps in the Google Feed Wizard tool, it's required to create the categories for Google taxonomy. Category names that are selected in the mapping are supposed to be ignored and not included in the feed file. Meaning that their names won't be pushed into
<g:google_product_category> tag. With the help of category mapping, you can regulate which category name will appear for <g:google_product_category> if the product is assigned to more than one category.
However, this won't affect products
assigned to these categories from appearing in the feed file if the
opposite is not configured via Conditions, once the feed is finally created.
To create a feed with a particular product or category, please specify these categories in the Conditions tab. Kindly note that this tab appears after you create and save the feed in the Google Feed Wizard tool.
