Do I need to verify licenses for my one-time purchases as well?
Yes, the extensions that were purchased before February 1st, 2022 need to be assigned to a project too. After you've created a project and clicked on the Assign the licenses button, orders for such modules will appear in the popup the same way as the orders that were purchased after February 1st, 2022 and are associated with a Product Subscription.
