Can we add the notification for customers to complete 2nd step of recurring paypal payment?

Since v.2.2.0 of the module, we added notifications for customers about the need to complete two steps when subscribing with payment through PayPal. When customer chooses PayPal as a payment method, the following notification would be displayed on Checkout:
