Can I display different lowest prices for the same product by region using the Omnibus Insight app?
Yes, Omnibus Insight integrates with Shopify Markets to display the lowest price of a product based on the user's region.
To enable market-specific pricing:
- Go to the Apps > Omnibus Insight > Settings.
- Set "Yes" in the "Use Shopify Markets prices" field.
- Specify the strategy for currency conversion.
- Optionally, select markets where the lowest price block won’t be displayed.
- Click Save.
This will allow the app to sync with your Shopify Markets price lists every hour to ensure up-to-date pricing, including market-specific discounts. Any changes in market status, catalog status, or product pricing will be reflected within 60 minutes.
Additionally, in the individual product settings you can view a detailed breakdown of market-specific prices, including the current price, lowest price, and catalog information. To access it, follow these steps:
Proceed to Apps > Omnibus Insight > Products.
Open a product.
Scroll to Shopify Markets.
Prices for both "Current Price" and "Lowest Price" are shown in the currency provided by Shopify for each market, so the currencies may differ between fields.
