Is it possible to set up sale_price_ effective_date attribute for Facebook catalog feed?

Is it possible to set up sale_price_ effective_date attribute for Facebook catalog feed?

I'd like to setup a Facebook sale_price_effective_date and I have special price date from and to attributes that is used by Magento 2. As Facebook is expect the special price date from-to in one attribute how can I merge these to special price date data into one attribute with the asked format?
