How to change the title in one step checkout

Hello everyone, I need to resolve how to rename the title "order comment" in Amasty one step checkout - screen attached . Translate Inline Tool in Magento does not work properly (I can translate it, but after saving the text is the same). I would like to make this change without affecting the other language versions of the store view that I have. So I want the change to be only for Czech storeview. Thank you. V.
