Case Description and configurations

We're running a special promotion, offering our customers a free measuring tape for accurately sizing their fingers before purchasing rings. This tape isn't listed in our catalog and isn't available for purchase. Therefore, we needed a custom form to gather customer requests and address details for tape delivery. Since Magento's default features don't support custom form creation, we've decided to use the Amasty Custom Form extension.

In addition, we've made some subtle style adjustments to ensure that the form fits our website theme.
