Is there an Amasty module that allows me to charge an extra $5 for shipping to a residential address?  I do have the Amasty 'Shipping Table Rates' plugin now.  But, need to charge an extra $5 if we're shipping to a residential address.

Ideally this would be done dynamically.  But, if we have to rely upon the customer to check a box and the cart adds this charge, that's fine.
