Like many M2 stores, we have disabled the Magento inventory extensions aka MSI. We use the legacy CatalogInventory extension because our ERP manages our inventory. 

Amasty Shipping Table Rates > 1.11 has multiple uses of Magento\Inventory so will not work with our install. 

Could you please look at decoupling this to an optional extension?
